Refunds

We will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. You, as the consumer, are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) prior to your cancellation of the order.

“Cooling off” Periods

As this purchase has been made through distance selling methods (ie via the Internet, mail order, or by telephone or fax), you are entitled by law to cancel this order within seven working days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. This is known as a "cooling off" period. The change of mind/cooling off period excludes earrings & body jewellery for reasons of hygiene. Sets that contain earrings are also excluded from this policy. All of the above is in addition to your statutory rights. If you intend to return the goods under this provision, they must be unworn, and you are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) prior to your cancellation of the order. Should you decide to do this, we will refund your money (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days. Returns must be made by registered post and you will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed by our Customer Services Department.

Guarantees

We will make it clear if we are providing a guarantee. If we are, we will make clear what is covered, for how long, and that the guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. We will also say if an insurance company is backing the guarantee. If it is, we will give the name and address of the insurer and we will provide the policy.
