We will ensure that the price of goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. This means that we will show the actual price clearly and there will be no hidden extras, such as taxes or packaging. A postage/delivery charge will be clearly indicated on the order form and we will show the total price you pay before you confirm the order.
The price you pay is displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. However, while we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price, or cancelling the order and sending you a full refund. |
| |
| |
Where we are able to save you money, we like you to be able to see the amount you are saving. This is why all our products have two prices, and some products on the site have three prices shown against them:
"RRP": the Manufacturer’s Recommended Retail Price.
"Was": the price that the product has been sold at in some/all of our retail outlets and/or on the website for a minimum of 28 days in the previous six months.
"Our Price": the current sale price on the website.
On the detail page for each product with a listed RRP you will also see a red star with SAVE and a percentage (e.g.: 50%). This represents the difference between the RRP and the price you will pay today at our online store, i.e.: you make a 50% saving as compared to the Manufacturer’s Recommended Retail Price. |
| |
| |
We do tell you all the different ways of paying and tell you clearly how to pay. Due to the payment software this website uses, you may be subject to a credit check. |
| |
| |
We will agree when we will deliver the goods to you. Subject to stock availability, normal delivery is 24-48 hours. However, if the order is placed after 3pm on a Friday, or during the weekend, despatch will normally take place on the next working day.
If we cannot deliver within the agreed time we should tell you immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we will offer you a full refund.
Please note that rings are usually stocked in standard sizes (ladies’ J-Q, men’s R-U). If you order a size outside the relevant range, it is possible that the price may vary or that we may be unable to supply it. You will always be offered the option of a refund. |

Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Regulation (WEEER Regulations) were introduced by the government on the 1st July 2007
|
|
Under these guidelines distributors of new electronic & electrical equipment have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. This means that all retailers are obliged to offer customer’s a free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new electrical or electronic product. Any product that requires electricity or batteries to enable it to perform its primary function would be classed as electrical or electronic (EEE), of which watches & batteries are included.
|
|
HPJ offer this service at all our stores as well as on items purchased through our website. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
|
|
Under the regulation products, which are classed as EEE, will display this symbol on the product, or if this is not possible the symbol must be displayed on the packaging, instruction leaflet and warranty.
|
|
|
Products displaying a black bar beneath the wheeled bin were produced after 13th August 2005; products without the black bar were produced prior to the 13th August 2005.
